We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, process job applications, prevent abuse of our forms, and meet legal obligations. We rely on your consent for marketing communications and process other data as necessary to provide the services you request.

Where we rely on consent, we ask for it clearly and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. For form submissions, we ask you to confirm agreement before sending.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, request correction or erasure, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Lead and application records are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
