We provide interior design, 3D visualisation, planning, estimation and turnkey execution for residential, retail and commercial spaces. The precise scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or contract, which prevails over general statements on this site.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on selections made by you. Changes to scope, materials or site conditions may change the cost and timeline. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.

All designs, drawings, renders and content we create remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which a licence to use the deliverables for your project is granted. Website content, including text, layout and graphics, may not be copied or reused without written permission.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, site access and payments per the agreed schedule. Delays in approvals or access may affect the timeline and cost.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
