This policy explains how booking amounts, cancellations and refunds are handled. Specific commercial terms in your signed proposal prevail over this general policy.
01 Booking amount
A booking amount is collected to reserve our team and begin design work. It is adjusted against the total project value in your proposal.
02 Cancellation by you
You may cancel in writing at any time. The refundable portion depends on the work already performed at the point of cancellation — for example, design hours spent, materials ordered, or production begun. Work completed and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.
03 How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–14 working days, after deduction of costs incurred. We will share a written statement of any deductions.
04 Design-only engagements
For standalone design or 3D visualisation, fees become non-refundable once the corresponding deliverable has been shared, as the work product has been delivered.
05 Delays
Timelines assume timely approvals, access and payments. Where delays are caused by factors outside our control, revised timelines do not by themselves create a right to a refund.
06 How to request
To request a cancellation or refund, email us with your project reference. We will acknowledge and respond with next steps.
